1 · What this page covers

This page describes how information submitted through this website is handled. It covers this marketing website and the contact-sales form only. Self-hosted HiveMind deployments run on your own infrastructure and are not covered here.

2 · Information the contact form collects

The contact form collects the business contact details you submit so that we can respond to your sales inquiry. Specifically: full name, work email, company name, role, company size, your description of what you want HiveMind to help with, and — if you choose to provide them — current tools and phone number.

We also store the referring page and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the URL, plus your browser user-agent string, to understand which channels produce inquiries. We do not store raw IP addresses, and we do not store anti-spam verification tokens.

3 · How it is used

Submitted details are used to reply to your inquiry and to discuss HiveMind Cloud with you. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising. You will not be added to a marketing sequence from this form.

4 · Processors

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database and delivered by email through Resend. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Hosting and privacy-preserving traffic analytics are provided by Vercel. Analytics events record page interactions only — never form field contents.

5 · Retention and requests
